2018 European Heritage Awards Ceremony in Berlin, Germany. Around 1,000 people paid tribute to this year’s winners. Europa Nostra’s President Plácido Domingo and European Commissioner Tibor Navracsics hosted the ceremony, which was honoured with the participation of the Federal President of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Around 1,200 people from all over Europe assembled at the iconic Burgtheater to pay tribute to this year’s highest achievements in the heritage field. The event was hosted by the European Commissioner for Culture Androulla Vassiliou and Europa Nostra’s President Maestro Plácido Domingo.
